The rules that govern your use of HustlCraft products and services.
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any HustlCraft Trading Technologies product or service ("Products"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Products.
HustlCraft Trading Technologies ("HustlCraft," "we," "us") operates from hustlcraft.com.ng.
HustlCraft sells digital trading software products, including:
All Products are delivered as compiled MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor files (.ex5) and require a valid license key to operate.
All purchases are processed through our third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you also agree to their terms of service. HustlCraft does not directly process or store payment card information.
After successful payment, your purchase is verified and a license key is generated for the product(s) you purchased. Your license key is delivered via the HustlCraft thank-you page and by email.
Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the purchased Product(s) subject to the following rules:
Each license key may be activated on a maximum of 3 (three) MetaTrader 5 terminals simultaneously. Exceeding this limit may result in activation being denied.
HustlCraft reserves the right to revoke any license key immediately and without refund if we detect violations of these Terms, including but not limited to license sharing, unauthorized distribution, or suspicious activation activity.
The HC Signal Copier EA copies trades from HustlCraft's proprietary signal source. By purchasing the Copier, you understand and agree:
HustlCraft offers a conditional 7-day refund policy. Refunds are not automatic. They require a valid technical reason and prior support contact.
To request a refund, contact HustlCraft support at support@hustlcraft.com.ng within 7 days of purchase. You must describe the issue and show that you attempted to resolve it with our support team first.
If the refund is approved, your license key will be revoked immediately and permanently.
Trading forex, CFDs, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your experience, objectives, financial resources, and other relevant circumstances.
HustlCraft products are trading tools designed to assist with execution discipline, risk management, and trade automation. They are not trading advice, investment advice, or a guarantee of profits.
Always trade with money you can afford to lose. If you are unsure about the risks of trading, seek independent financial advice before using our products.
Some HustlCraft products are designed with prop firm trading discipline in mind. However, HustlCraft does not guarantee compliance with any specific proprietary trading firm's rules. It is your responsibility to confirm that the use of third-party EAs is permitted by your prop firm before installing our products. HustlCraft is not liable for any rule violations, account terminations, or financial losses resulting from your use of our products on prop firm accounts.
All HustlCraft products, website content, branding, and code are the intellectual property of HustlCraft Trading Technologies. Your purchase grants you a usage license only, not ownership of the underlying software, algorithms, or source code.
HustlCraft provides product support via email. We aim to respond to support requests within 24 hours during business days. Support covers product installation, license activation, troubleshooting, and general usage questions. Support does not include trading advice, broker-specific issues, or custom EA modifications.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HustlCraft Trading Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: trading losses, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use our Products.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any Product or service at any time. We may release updated versions of EAs that require you to download and install the new .ex5 file. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via email.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
