Open MetaTrader 5 and go to File → Open Data Folder → MQL5 → Experts. Copy the .ex5 file into this folder and restart MT5. In the Navigator panel, expand Expert Advisors, then drag the EA onto any chart. Paste your license key in the Inputs tab, click OK, and make sure AutoTrading is enabled (green button in the toolbar).

Error 4014 means WebRequest is not allowed. Go to Tools → Options → Expert Advisors. Check "Allow WebRequest for listed URL", click Add, and enter: https://api.hustlcraft.com.ng. Click OK and restart the EA.

No. All HustlCraft EAs are built for MetaTrader 5 only.

For protection EAs, a VPS is recommended so the EA runs 24/7 while your trades are open. For the Signal Copier, a VPS is strongly recommended so you don't miss any signals. We recommend Hyonix VPS.

MT5 only allows one EA per chart. Attach each EA to a different chart. Protection EAs monitor ALL trades on your account regardless of which chart they're on.

Make sure you copied the .ex5 file (not .mq5) to the MQL5/Experts folder. Restart MT5 completely. If still missing, right-click in the Navigator panel and select Refresh.

Your license key was sent to the email you used during checkout. Check your inbox and spam/junk folder for an email from support@hustlcraft.com.ng. You can also visit hustlcraft.com.ng/thank-you.html and enter your email to retrieve it.

Copy-paste the key exactly with no extra spaces. The format is HC-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Make sure you're using the right key for the right product, and that https://api.hustlcraft.com.ng is in your MT5 WebRequest allowed URLs.

Each license key supports up to 3 MT5 terminals (broker accounts). If you need to move to a new terminal, contact support and we'll reset your activations.

No. Bundles generate one key that activates all included EAs. Use the same key for every EA in your bundle.

Check your spam/junk folder first. If not found, visit hustlcraft.com.ng/thank-you.html and enter your purchase email to regenerate and resend the key.

Check that AutoTrading is enabled, your license key is correct, and https://api.hustlcraft.com.ng is in your WebRequest URLs. Also check the Experts tab for errors. If everything looks correct, signals may not have been sent yet. The Copier only acts when the source account trades.

The Copier uses proportional lot sizing. It calculates your lot based on your account equity relative to the source account. A $10,000 source trading 0.50 lots means a $1,000 account trades 0.05 lots. You can adjust this in the EA inputs.

No. The HustlCraft Signal Copier uses a proprietary encoding format and works exclusively with HustlCraft signals.

Signals are typically received and executed within 5-10 seconds of the source trade. Running the Copier on a VPS ensures you don't miss signals during off-hours.

Yes. It monitors ALL open trades on your account, regardless of what opened them: other EAs, manual trades, or the Signal Copier.

Your daily loss reached the threshold you configured. This is by design. It protects your account from catastrophic daily losses, especially for prop firm compliance. You can adjust the threshold in the EA Inputs tab.

Yes. All thresholds are configurable. Right-click the EA on the chart → Properties → Inputs. Adjust and click OK. Changes take effect immediately.

No. Protection EAs only monitor and manage existing trades. They do not open new ones. They run safely alongside any trading EA. Just place each EA on a separate chart.

Path advantage measures the net profit/loss per pip of movement in each direction (up vs down) across your entire basket of positions. If your basket has a +$12/pip path advantage upward and -$8/pip downward, the EA shows you that upward movement is more favorable for your overall position. This helps you decide whether to hold, hedge, or reduce exposure.

Pressure zones are price levels where multiple stop losses or take profits from different positions cluster together. When price reaches a pressure zone, multiple orders trigger at once, which can cause a sudden jump in your equity. Wingman highlights these zones so you can prepare for them.
